  • How do I cancel my EQ Plan?

    We’re really sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving us. We hope you’ll join us again soon and if there’s anything we can help you with, please drop us a line. To cancel your Plan, log into your Plan and go to the EQ You area. Open Manage Subscription and click on the Cancel this Subscription link. This will take you to your PayPal account. Go to Payment History, click on your subscription and then the Cancel link. That's all there is to it. We’ll keep details of your favourites and playlists safe in case you decide to rejoin the EQ Plan.

  • How does the billing work?

    You will be automatically billed each month through PayPal. If you choose to cancel your EQ Plan, the payments will stop being taken.

  • I’m not receiving daily weight loss emails.

    Please check your junk/spam folders. Some email services and internet service providers put automatic filters in place which can occasionally put messages in the wrong place. If after checking your folders,you still can’t find our emails, please get in touch.

  • What is the EQ Plan privacy policy?

    We really value your privacy and know how much it means to you. In a nutshell, we will never, ever, ever share your details with any other party. This is strictly between you and EQ! If you’d like more information, you can read our privacy policy here.

  • What are playlists and how do they work?

    Playlists allow members to create their own video compilations. Frinstance, if you want to create a playlist of videos which focus on arms and shoulders, you can do so. First you have to create a playlist. Go to the EQ You section and click on Playlists. Under Create a new playlist, enter a title e.g. Legs and Arms and click Create Playlist. You can create as many playlists as you wish.

    When you watch a video that isn’t assigned to a playlist, you will see the option Add to playlist. Click on the playlist title and you’re done! You can add as many videos as you wish to a playlist. You can view your playlists either by going to EQ You and Playlists or by clicking the arrow to the right of a playlist on any video page. Playlists are only available to members.

  • How do Favourites work?

    If you watch a video or see a recipe you’d like to bookmark to revisit, just click on the Add to favourites link. You can see all your favourites in the EQ You section under Favourites. Favourites are only available to members.

The EQ Plan Ratings Key

All EQ Plan video workouts and classes carry a dumbbell rating to indicate difficulty - one dumbbell being the easiest and five dumbbells the hardest.

Important Stuff! Before You Start

1. You should always consult your doctor before beginning any exercise or weight-loss program, particularly if you have a chronic or recurring condition, if you're pregnant, ill or elderly. This is really important. We want you to have a positive experience and wouldn’t want any medical issues preventing that.

2. You should always warm up for 3 to 5 minutes before taking exercise. Again, this is really important. You will find a warm-up video on this page which will do the trick!

3. You must be at least 18 years of age to use The EQ Plan and agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.

4. The nature of The EQ Plan means that Claire and Jon can't physically be with you as you work with the videos on the site. As a consequence, we can’t accept liability for any injuries or loss resulting from you using the EQ Plan.
